As part of the 12.2.5 upgrade does patch 21483810 go on using hotpatch or a full adop cycle

Section 10.1 of 1983050.1 states all customers must apply Patch 21483810 - Oracle Application Object Library

The patch README does not state specifically how to apply 21483810 and I do not want to mess this up

Should I used a full adop cycle or the following:


$ adop phase=apply patches=21483810 hotpatch=yes

$ adop phase=cleanup

$ adop phase=fs_clone
