appDS.inflateUnable to inflate data-structure for BSFN

I ran into a recent issue with a BSFN and wonder if you have ever got this error.

I modified P17714_W17714A with some simple ER code changes plus added some custom processing options. 

On my fat when I test with the local web, I get a BSFN error from B1301290.EquipmentCatCodeFlags.  This BSFN was never modified.

I get this error “appDS.inflateUnable to inflate data-structure for BSFN.”  See error from log below.

I’ve also got this same error on another APPL P31113. Again with this modification, it was simple plus an addition to the processing options.  The BSFN B3102270.F3111WOIssuesEditLine was never changed.  The funny thing about this change is it has been deployed and it runs fine on the Web/Enterprise server.  However, when I test it locally, it fails with “appDS.inflateUnable to inflate data-struture for BSFN.”
