BIP Parameters show HTML entity codes

Hi all,

we're using BI Publisher with Fusion HCM (Cloud) Rel 11.

The BI Publisher version is 11.1.1.7.0BI-FAREL11-BP with the most recent patch being "Patch 25456547 : P4FA FOR FA REL 11.1 ONEOFFS SYSTEM PATCH 11.1.11.1.161219"

In our data models we're using date parameters with labels that have special characters like > or < .

Since the latest patch bundle, these parameter labels don't display correctly anymore.

Instead BIP is replacing them with HTML entities as &gt; and &lt;

The same happens for all other non-standard characters.

This used to work fine before the patch.

I will be logging a bug for this, but in the mean time, does anyone know a workaround? (other than not using special characters).
