Hi Guys. How do I resolve the following: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from P

Trying to access BI Publisher as Admin and I received the following: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service.  Please advise.
