SIP Trunk terminated in S0P1 is getting down after every 20 Mins.

Our Supplier Cisco Router is connected in ACME SBC 3820 Port S0P1 Interface and after every 20 Min, the SIP trunk is getting Down. After rebooting the SBC, it works for 20 mins and agin went down..

Below are the complete capture post SBC Reboot and after SBC Rebbot and finally after 20 mins of reboot. Pls Help to suggest the resolution.. We are suspecting of ARP flooding..

Before Rebooting the SBC:--
