Oracle database 11.2.0.3 installer hang on first screen

We are installing Oracle database 11.2.0.3 64bit installer on OEL 6.6 64bit.

Once we execute ./runInstaller , it get stuck on first page "configure security update" and it doesn't allow any action from our end.

We validated the checksum value of installer, it is proper.

All the pre-req steps are completed. Running installer from oracle user.

8 CPU with 48 GB RAM

We also tried install DB in silent mode, it hangs.

We tried installing database using FA database installer wizard which comes along with Fusion application. Our database installation was successful.

Please help us on how to proceed with manual DB install. We are not getting any error message to troubleshoot.
