Mass upload in contract

Due to a change in our organization, the "Contract Administrator" of Services contracts will change. We need a mass update of the contracts to get the correct name in that field. Please update all contracts listed in the file attached with the name of "Christophe Farrugia".The status of the contracts can be "Entered", "Signed" or "Active". Is there any standard oracle functionality available for this.or we can do it from backend.
