P43E82 - blank approver showing up

Hello All,

Greetings. I have a Q on P43E82. Please see attached screenshot wherein for some ORs, "approver" name is not showing up. I checked the setup in P43E09A and the approval route has the AB# and name of the approver that is not showing up in P43E82. What could be the reason for the same?
