Siebel application performance issue

Hello,

   We observed severe issue with Performance of Siebel application in Production environment (Siebel 8.1.1.3). The application has been running very smoothly in live for more than 3 years and we never ever had faced such issue.

   Looking at the AWR report we noticed all the queries were taking unusual time. We did not deploy any release of modification in siebel application or database level. Initially we suspect of network issue and we connect with team but there was no likely issue with network. Also from database all the Stats were gathered regularly with no issue. The performance issue was for 2 hours only and later on application automatically behave normal (Log level of production is set to 1 so no much help though we have awr report for SQL queries).
