Siebel Inbound Email and eMail response through 3rd party Communication Driver

Hi all,

I am trying to develop a driver for email routing to Siebel Call Center through 3rd party custom driver (say it MyDriver for instance). I have an Event Handler for Email arrived but that is not being invoked on device command configured for it. Here is the error I am getting:
