database runInstaller 12.1.0 - OMS Port

I posted this is the database world, but got no reply.  I wonder if you can help.  The database runInstaller for 12.1.0.1 asks me to input the "OMS Port."  Which particular OMS port are they referring to?   I don't understand the words they use in the definition either, "The Oracle Enterprise Manager port number to receive requests from the Management service."  That makes it sound like the agent's port?  If so, I wouldn't call it the OMS port.   Whatever, the doc should say something explicit, IMHO such as names used in the OMS software:

HTTP Console Port       : 7788

HTTPS Console Port      : 7801

HTTP Upload Port        : 4890
