Record instance lost while navigating to a view through view tabs

Hi,

Recently we have faced a problem while navigating to a screen view through view tabs.

We are using Siebel Public Sector and the screen is the HLS Cases Screen.

Within the Screen we have Aggregate categories and detailed views within the categories.

We first navigated to the screen and the default view (View 1) was loaded. This default view has a list applet at the top and a form applet at the bottom

We selected a record in the list applet and clicked on one of the aggregate categories. The default view (View 2) within the category was loaded and the record displayed was the same one as selected. (So far so good)
