R12.1.3: Customzation on B2B Items

We have a requirement in our business:

If ISO Line Ordered Quantity > Min Order Quantity( general Planing -> Min Order Quantity) for the fulfill Warehouse (GDC), then system should execute back to back flow of ATO item for that or else it should execute normal stock item  flow.

This Should happen on the eve of Order import Run, and Auto schedule Happens.

please let me know if there is any customization option I have.
