How to Make Form Data XML in RD output

Hello,

I am working on ACA XML files. How do you make it so the Form Data XML (R08150) comes out as RD output so you see the XML? Ours is only processing as a BV and opening as a PDF, not in the XML format. It used to open as an XML RD correctly. I must have changed some setting somewhere but don't know where to look.
