German Benefit in Kind VAT

Hi,

we are using the Tax Capture program ion JD Edwards for Germany. We need oit account for Benefit in Kind VAT but do not have a supplier invoice to enter onto the system. Can anyone advise how they handle this VAT element in JD Edwards?
