FDMEE - Can you Automate "Refresh Members" action on Target Application?

Does anyone know of a way to automate the "Refresh Members" action on a Target Application?  This is the button that you find on the Target Application Screen when selecting the application in the "Target Application Summary" section...  ...and, if there isn't a way to do this, Oracle should add it to the enhancement list for the FDMEE api.
