MOvement NOt allowed Reverse receipt

Hi

We have a problem . THere are few PO that are received through receipt routing. Everything looks okay like onhand , F43121 records but the status doesnt move forward in F4311.

We are getting this error " Movement Not allowed",

we have already gone through the document by oracle on 0403A but it is not the sane case here,as we do not split lines or  no lot no creation and there is sufficient availabilty too.

This works for many other lines but not for few

ANyone has encountered this earlier?Note that the order activity rile is setup as well
