IB status for transaction subtype "Receive"

Hi,

We  setup an IB Transaction Subtype 'Receive' with status 'CREATED' in the Source region. Then I noticed that for some item instances, a transaction "Receives Material against an Acct Alias" (subtype: receive) didn't update the status to 'CREATED' in IB. What could be the reason for it?
