P4310 header to detail

Dear,

i use jde 9.1.5 i have following senario:

1.Enter PO and save.

2.go to header and change the buyer no value from blank to 5555 and save.

3.details line are not populated in the buyer no.

Processing option in P4310 deafault tab no 10 is set to 1 "Auto load header changes to detail"

UDC 43/DF already have  PHANBY.

can i know the reason why not updated?
