More SR data needed for Dashboard - Days open and specified
Good morning,
I have the following question. One can extract certain data (columns) of SR's related to a Customer Support Identifier (like: Problem summary, Status, Last Updated).
What I would like to do is provide the customer with more detailed information per SR on 'The number of Days Open' and than the number of days open specified to 'Time at Customer, Time at Support and Time at Development'
Is that possible or can Support help me with such a Data dump.
