Advanced pricing query

Hi, is it possible to create advanced pricing rules based on the costs of an item? As an example - item X is made up of steel, rubber and paint. Is it possible to create rules where the steel portion is marked up by a %, the rubber portion by a different % and the paint by another % in order to arrive at a final price for item X. Is this possible?
