Does Oracle can automaticaly update effective date(ECO use up) after we run ASCP again?

Hi Experts,

I have a question about use up date, for example:

Step1. Run ASCP

Step2. Create an ECO, in revise item form, fill A as item, and click 'effective date' love, chosse B(use up date is 5-Mar-2017), and fill B in component form, and choose 'Disable', and put status as 'Scheduled'

Step3. Misx issue B's on hand qty

Step4. Run ASCP again, then get new use up date(8-Feb-2017) for B, but for this ECO, the effective date dont's automatically update to 8-Feb-2017.

does Oracle can automatically update use up date once we run ascp again?
