ODA 12.1.2.9.0 Unable to update the device OVM to 3.2.11

We need to upgrade our V1-ODA to 12.1.2.9.0

During upgrade with /opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakcli update --pacth 12.1.2.9.0 --server

the procedure stops with the following message :

INFO: 2017-02-08 15:38:48: Attempting to patch OS on Dom0...

WARNING: 2017-02-08 15:41:14: Unable to update the device OVM to:  3.2.11

error at<Command = /usr/bin/ssh -l root acesboc2 /opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/System/12.1.2.9.0/bin/PatchDriver -tag 20170208152814 -server -version 12.1.2.9.0> and errnum=<1>

ERROR  : Command = /usr/bin/ssh -l root acesboc2 /opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/System/12.1.2.9.0/bin/PatchDriver -tag 20170208152814 -server -version 12.1.2.9.0 did not complete successfully. Exit code 1 #Step -1#
