Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

Available Transactions screen does not display Open Interface payments - for Reconciliation Open Int

I am trying to reconcile external system data in Oracle cash management using Reconciliation Open Interface. (Oracle Applications : 12.2.6)

I have made the necessary changes in CE_999_PKG and CE_999_INTERFACE_V.

I found a relevant document (Doc ID 1343235.1) and ensured that all the set ups are done.

When I query from the view (CE_999_INTERFACE_V), the data is available, but it does not populate on the form.

My problem is similar to question 2 in the document. I checked the Bank_account_id in my custom table and it is correct.

When I run the Autoreconciliaiton concurrent program, it reports the following error:
