EAM: FA Book Type Code - Profile option

Hi

we need to setup below profile option on site level for work order capitalization

EAM: FA Book Type Code - Profile option.

But i got one requirement like there are two EAM organization under different legal entity and ledger . So i got two different FA Book type code.

and Work order capitalization should happen to specific organizations and FA books only 

But system is not allowing me do this when i am trying to do it on Responsibility level.

Please guide me how to do setup for such requirement.
