Cash payment at the time of shipment

Team,

We have below scenario and need a solution....

Order will be created with 'CASH' payment type. When we book the order payment is processed automatically and receipt is created in AR.

But our requirement is the payment process should trigger based on the shipment and not on the book order.

Order date and shipment date will be totally different dates, so business need to trigger the payment process based on the shipment.

Is there any standard functionality is available?
