telnet to port 12345 after EBS patches applied on linux
After the Oracle APPS dba updated the ebs app servers with patches, port 12345 is not listening. We are getting connection refused when trying to telnet to port 12345 ICHAT service. We rebooted and restarted the app but still no luck. This happens on all 3 app servers, so I suspect the patches, but the dba is not convinced. I checked all firewalls, iptables, etc.
