smoothly upgrading from 12.1.0.2.0 to 12.2 (Windows)

On a Testserver (Windows 7) , where a CDB and some PDBs are running presently under 12.1.0.2.0 in one instance I would like to upgrade to the most recent Oracle 12c version.

How can I achieve this most smoothly without disturbing the present configuration, databases etc.?
