JDE Scheduler is taking Mountain Time (US & Canada) by default

Hello All,

Our JDE Scheduler is taking Mountain Time (US & Canada) by default when I add any new report in scheduler. other schedule jobs are in Bagdad, Kuwait, Nairobi time zone.

Present time on Enterprise server is Thu Feb  9 17:38:12 AST 2017 which is current & the present time here.

Please assist.
