Combo error on Travel Authorization after updating to Image 15

We updated to Image 15 in PS 9.2 over the weekend. A new Travel Authorization was entered yesterday and upon clicking Save for Later an error message appears "Combo error for fields ACCOUNT/ CHARTFIELD3/ DEPTID in group CF3ORDEPT" . The problem is the Combo fields are valid. Why is this error occurring?
