Sales order simulation in Oracle Apps 11i

We have a requirement to do the order simulation before booking the sales order. We are developing a GUI where order information will be captured then pass to oracle to simulate if we can enter the order or not. So if any constraint before booking the order then it should be reported. So please advise if there are any standard functionality or order process API. We have opened service request also but as per Oracle, we do not have any such API. In response Doc id 2219725.1 has been created.
