ODPM-10334: Failed to execute request: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad request

Hi,

I am getting ODPM-10334: Failed to execute request: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad request error while doing bulk copy or paste in worksheets. I did not find any hits in metalink so raising the question here. I am attaching the screenshot as well. Please help.
