Does anyone have a solution for the Pending Completion issue in the JDE Expense Management module. H

I am trying to implement the JDE Expense Management module for a client and have run into the Pending Completion issue - BUG 22352345. I am wondering if anyone has fixed this on their own programmatically or if there is a work around that can be achieved.
