Viewing instances in the EM

Not sure if this is the forum for this question but we are starting to use SOA 12.2.1 and I am trying to get used to the new ui for this version compared to 11g.  One thing we are not seeing is being able to view individual instances.  If I have a service that places a message in a jms queue and another service picks it up and sends it to another service, I can't view the other services in the em.  I can only see the one service that started it.  Is there information on either how to configure
