How to update specific shipment Number and Shipment Date while submitting Pick Selection List Genera

We are creating an interface between JEEVES and Oracle where Shipping is done out of JEEVES.

We are submitting Pick Selection List Generation-SRS to complete pick release,pick confirm,and shipping. But incorrect shipment number and shipment date is getting generated.

How can we update the correct shipment date and shipment number for Order Line.

Details are coming incorrect in Invoice.

Kindly let us know if any api exists which we can use to update the shipment date and shipment number.
