How to overwrite tax account on AP Invoice

hi,

I have requirement to change the default tax accounts for the calculated tax line .the main intention of doing this is ,for non PO invoice and when we buy assets the assets clearing account must be taken for the tax account so that i can transfer this line to FA to capitalize that non recoverable tax portion to the assets.
