Unable to create partner portal object manager IP2016

Hi,

We have upgraded Siebel application from 8.1.1.11 to IP2016.

After this when we try to run new_compdef_sia.bat its giving below error.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

We are on Windows 2008 R2 64-bit application server.

\sba81\siebsrvr\BIN\chs>new_compdef_sia.bat osl1703 SDE_ENT SADMIN ****** CHS

\sba81\siebsrvr\BIN\chs>echo off

Syntax : new_compdef_sia GATEWAY:PORT ENTERPRISE USERNAME PASSWORD LANGUAGE

Please review the current variable definitions for correctness before continuing
