Mass Capitalize about 3000 CIP assets into about 60 Capital Assets

Hi, We have a requirement to Capitalize about 3000 CIP assets into about 60 Capitalized assets . How can we mass capitalize these assets by grouping them? Unfortunately they all have diffrent Asset Keys, the only common link is the serial number
