For deploying campus mobile with MAF, what are the versions of the third party softwares to be used?

We are about to implement campus mobile for a client using MAF but we are confused as to what third party version softwares need to be used. We have referenced multiple support tickets and multiple forums multiple versions are documented. Need your help on the same.

Softwares like jdeveloper, MAF, maa etc and also when we use emulator like Android SDK what should be the buld tools version?
