Recurring Invoices - Error APP-SQLAP-97734: The system cannot generate distributions AP_EXP_TASK_EFF

Hello,

We've created 12 recurring invoices using three different distribution sets in a test instance.  The four recurring invoices created with one of the distribution sets all went on a distribution variance hold when the invoices were validated.  When attempting to select the lines for one of these invoices, we get the error message "APP-SQLAP-97734: The system cannot generate distributions AP_EXP_TASK_EFF."   

What does this error mean?  Does it mean that the PTAEO associated with the distribution set is no longer valid?
