ACA 1095C Line 15

I ran the print 1095C forms program and line 15 is populating $0.00 for Jan-Dec when the All 12 Months box is populated.  Line 15 is also populating All 12 Months with $0.00 even though the employee was only employed Jan - Aug.  Any ideas as to what is causing this to populate? Has anyone had this issue?  Thanks!!
