Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Anyone tested ACA 1095C for 2016?

Hi All,

We had applied patch 24733720:R12.BEN.B on 12.1.3.

When I was testing the 1095C form I do not see it shows the new form. Anyone has any idea of this since I am new to OAB like to get some feedback.

Possible of missing any steps?
