SRs not visible in View SR form in iSupport
We have just patched out Dev environment up to 12.2.5 and have noticed that SRs that have been logged in the Contact Center are no longer visible when a user logs into iSupport. Previously all of these SRs were visible as long as the user was added as a contact onto the SR when it was created. Now, only SRs raised in iSupport are visible. We have multiple SR types but only have the web enabled flag set for the iSupport SR type. If we set this on the other SR types they become visible for the user to create,
