IP2016 SWSE Apply Logical profile failed

Hi,

We have upgrade Siebel application from 8.1.1.11 to IP2016 PS 7.

As per the document we removed the SWSE configuration and re-created the Profile but when trying to apply it; it failed.

We have 10 languages CHS CHT DEU ENU ESN FRA ITA JPN KOR PTB

attaching the complete log file also.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.
