FSG PDF Percentage % Column formatting issue

Hello, I have used/maintained FSG's for many years on 11i & R12. We want to convert from text format to PDF & are having a specific issue that was not addressed with an SR. The issue is with the percentage % column of Sales/Revenue. When the Sales/Revenue Amount (Actual or Budget) is small and thus the calculation of the % of a very large number (as in several hundred thousand %), the full # is displayed and wraps the row making it look like there is an intentional space after the row.
