SLM - Cancel out of Create Assessment Template takes system to the wrong screen

Hi All,

I am working on a 12.2.4 environment and have come across an issue that I was wondering if anyone else has seen.

From within the seeded Supplier Management Administrator responsibility:

Go to Manage Templates>View / Update.  Access inactive or active template then cancel out of it from any screen and the below home page appears:

I have no idea what responsibility this is.

Any ideas on how to prevent this happening?
