No Pick Slip Number on MOve Order Pick Slip Report

We are on 12.2.3 and running the move order pick slip report for a move order that was done to transfer material from one subinv to another.We createed a move order of type move order transfer >approved it>ran the move ordre pick slip report with the move order# but the report shows the pick slip # as blank but has the rest of the details.Why does the pikc slip # not show up?
