P4210 - Fetch From Cache F42IUI015 Failed in 9.2

Encountered this error when importing SO detail lines from Excel or CSV file. I knew there was existing Q/A and suggested to apply for ESU JN12126. But I observed  that this error doesn't occur while running the P4210 via a local web ( a fat client machine with WebDev feature installed). This fact tells me that there are something difference just between JAS and local web. Can someone tells me what to look into?
