Can SLA (Subledger Accounting) handle Legacy data?

edited Feb 18, 2017 4:00AM in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello EBS Experts,

We are on R12.1.3 and use SLA to transfer our EBS Subledger accounting AP, PO, FA to GL. However, we have many Legacy (Non-Oracle) Journal sources that we process through the usual method i.e. loading legacy data into custom tables --> pl/sql validation procedures --> custom error correction forms --> Load GL Journal Interface tables --> Submit Journal Import.

Is there a way to leverage SLA to process legacy data? It would be so much better and eliminate the customizations we have.

Any ideas or suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks
