table type lines to print in lines details in rtf template

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me to provide sample rtf template on below requirement?

Ex:

Sales order: 12345 has 4 lines of data and need to print 16 lines empty (20 lines totally)

Sales order: 22222 has 8 lines of data and need to print 12 reaming empty lines (20 lines totally )

how it is possible?
